I don't think so, they easily took out Fiji, and they are all NRL players, whilst png were ESL no names and one JDB, gotta remember NZ are their 1 class, they only lost by a point against Tonga, and won the Pac cup last year, any nrl club would struggle against themCasey played well but to be fair PNG would lose to most NSW Cup teams.
That said we are going to have some talented backs miss out this year

Jack de belin aka JDBThere are a couple of reserve grade players but there are no NRL guys.
What helped them was being together for a few years that helps grow partnerships but actual talent wise they are way off.
Fiji, PNG and Cook Islands especially I'd back any NRL team or QCup finals team against.
ATM it is about building the standard up for those islands
