He deserves a massive wrap for his game yesterday. Toughness to me isn't about punching on. It's about being able to think for yourself and remain calm and in control.
Without him and Pole, the big kiwi lads would have beaten us well imo. Big Red, ya gotta love the guy.
Fast, never gives in, set up a try, should have scored himself, tackles well and fit as.

Seyfarth was the guy most people were worried about but atm he is doing a great job. He goes just as hard at the 79th minute as the 1st.

I prefer Latu over Galvin, both are still green yet Latu's future will be in the halves whilst Galvin's may be in the forwards when he fills out.

Galvin is likely going to be the better player. Galvin is also managed by the biggest leach in the game. Fainu has a few brothers who will also be good players.

ideally Galvin would not be leaving, but Fainu can be built around.

Galvin has more strings to his bow but he is horribly undeveloped due to his ridiculously rapid ascent.
Latu is more limited naturally, but he is better developed and by far and away a better half.
I’ve always been very vocal that Lachlan is a poor 5/8. He is a genuine player with a long career in front of him, but not as a 5/8.
Latu is the man. We need to get him healthy and start developing him rather than this punk who never wanted to be here…even before his stupid selection in March 24.

Latu any day of the week. I'm happy for him. Maybe he'll get his time to develop now like someone else did. This isn't the season beyond 9th to 13th, so let's let the Fainu boys become the backbone of the club and watch them be who they than can be.

I thought Galvin was the better option, but he's gone now and 100% the Fainu boys are a great choice. It has potentially saved an issue down the track, when there contracts come up for renewal.
I am not giving up on top 8 this year.

I think we need to persist with Galvin as the 6 this year. We are building really nicely and I think top 8 is within our reach. Once Galvin signs with another club after November, then maybe we release him early and we extend Latu. Give Luai and Latu an entire off season to train together and make it clear that this is our halves pairing for the next 4 years.

However, if at any point, Galvin plays any f**king games with us, then stick him in reserve grade until the end of 2026. Everyone knows what I mean by games. Any comments to the media. Kicking any stones at training. He deadset better act like he actually wants to win a comp with us in 2025, or he is going to have a very boring 2026

Right now Galvin has the natural talent above Latu.
Latu is the harder worker, also seems more humble.
TBF, I thought Galvin was humble, I'm still not convinced he has said, what's been reported, I think it would be more his manager, but it is his manager and he should have control of what is said by him.

Have no doubt the Benji and Luai comments were a plan from Moses to get the early release and make it untenable.
but yeah Galvin and his fam would of had to approve it

I do believe he has already signed a bigger and longer offer, reckon the dogs have him.
Gus has been at him since before last year.
He usually says never over pay young players but he hasn’t shut up about Galvin becoming the highest paid player and best player he has seen etc. dodgy as hell.
