Yep he has won the Tour with that climb. Ruthlessly clawed back every second he lost a couple days ago.

I really hope he's doing it clean... to me the Sky team looks really suspicious.

Don't reckon they'll catch TJ or the 2 chasing him.

Had to feel sorry for him, I think the mechanical on the long descent cost him a stage win.

Good to see Quintana crack Froome, future Grand Tour winner for sure.

Hopefully that spurs them all on and the attacks come hard now. Five minutes isn't insurmountable over 2 mountain stages if he's on the ropes.

I think it will be a bridge too far. Only way I see someone other than Froome winning is if an elite group can crack him on the Madeleine and ride away. Don't think it's too likely tbh.

Froome held out ok. Hopefully Nibali and Wiggings are back next year, and Porte is a team leader somewhere else. Obviously Quintana will be leading his team.

Ideally, you'd see Froome leave to lead another team, Wiggins to lead Sky, Nibali to lead Astana, Porte to lead OGE and Fuglsang to lead another team like Belkin or a team like Omega-Pharma that needs a GC contender. Seeing a strong field of GC contenders like that would set the stage for an amazing Tour 2014.
