Leadership changes?

As I stated in the training thread, Jeff Lima was very talkative at training and was full of encouragement for everyone. Looks like one with leadership qualities although I don't always love a brand new face getting the gig. Seems like the sort of bloke that will lead irrespective of whether he has the (c) next to his name or not.

As for 5 captains, I was really opposed to it when I first heard of it but Maguire has shown himself to be a very clever coach and if he thinks it's right, then I'll back it.
