Howdy All,

Firstly i would like to thank all contributors to this site for their comments, you all have kept me amused, informed, and sometimes bemused across the summer and through the first half of this footy season.

I work with a few other diehard fans in Brisbane putting together the Brisbane Wests Tigers Fan website (brisbaneweststigersfans.com.au). We are trying to unite Brisbane / SE QLD based Wests Tigers Fans for get togethers and so basically we dont have to surround ourselves with Bronco fans at the footy, it gets very lonely up here. Hence why i read so many forums for the thoughts of other fans.

Firstly the website gathers Wests Tigers news from across the internet and brings it all together in one place for the fans - saves time browsing across numberous sites looking for Wests Tigers news, especially in summer when news is scarce.

Secondly we are gathering the Black and Gold army for a big night on July 2 V Broncos, hopefully we can make our southern friends proud of the QLD fanbase. If any of you guys are interested in meeting up before the QLD game we will be at Hotel LA on Caxton St from about 6 then also back to Hotel LA after the game.

Finally, again i want to thank all the contributors to this forum for the news and thoughts they put forward daily, and i will stop being a "shadow" from here on in and share my thoughts with you all too.

Thanks Guys - good to finally contribute.

The Hotel LA is at the top of Caxton St, about 500m to the ground. There is a map and all the details on the site i mentioned before. (I dont want to keep posting the URL incase moderators think i am some sort of Spammer, which im not, just a Tigers lunatic!)

The guys up here have pooled there money, bought a few of the Tigers banners that were actioned when the Rozelle clubhouse was shut down.

There are some proper diehards up here.

Generally it is a little quieter than the Caxton Hotel, which is why we picked it, cause on July 2 it will be heaving with Tigers Fans

As he said, we have a group that varies between 20-60 tigers fans that get together a few times a year. We'll definetly join you at the LA Bar. Was planning on meeting somewhere in Caxton st from 2-3pm.

LA Bar is a goer. We have the Cellar Bar booked for the event, all you have to do is say your a Brisbane Wests Tigers Fan and the staff should point you in the right direction. Thanks Estoboy and BJM8 i got your PMs - I hope you got my replies.

Im pumped should be a crack, and looks to me like a must win if top 4 result is desired.... which im sure it is!
