Let's be realistic

If we're going to be realistic, Coote is too slow to be a first grade FB, he's also undersized/strengthed. I don't think he has the ball skills to be in the halves (maybe he does, I don't know), only position I can see him viable in is the nine.

If we are going to be realistic, you have no clue.

Unbelievable that Coote still gets slammed despite being probably our best & most consistent this year.

It's not unbelievable at all, no amount of form and effort can make up for his lack of speed or strength, not at fullback.

So I guess the fact he's been consistently good and outplayed others in the Rep Game mean absolutely nothing.

Ridiculous.

The fact he consistently gets mowed down when in the open or fails to ever close a gap to save a try means exactly what it means, he's too slow for the spot. Not to mention getting run through.

His physical attributes make him unsuitable to the position regardless of how many kicks he chases or support plays he provides.

Ive seen Coote pull off one on one tackles, Uate(going at full speed) and Willie Mason spring to mind. Defensively Coote is solid, and he is probably our leading tryscorer over the last few seasons so he is doing pretty well for someone not suited to his position:roll:.

And if you've been watching you've seen him left for dead and run down many times more than not, and many more times than a competitive team can afford.
