Liam Fulton re-signs until 2016

Wests Tigers have received a significant boost heading into the 2013 Telstra Premiership season with hard working forward Liam Fulton today signing a new three-year deal.

Off contract at the end of this year, Fulton will now remain at Wests Tigers until the end of the 2016 season.

Would have preferred to see how he goes this season for a couple of months first, and sign him for 2 years.

I think he is a great player but he should be the one small 80 minute forward in our team. Maybe I have it wrong and the backrow will work out great for us but I can't see it atm.

Congrats to Fults though - he always busts his gut and is a great attacking and defensive player.

Good player to have around the club, puts in every week,can play most positions at a pinch and most important keeps people laughing. You need people like this in a club

Two years is acceptible but four years is crazy. Bad decision on this one that will probably hurt us later - depending on terms of contract of course. Hopefully options in club favour.

Has been a good, loyal club player and merited an extension of contract but jeez I think till 2016 was a bad call by WT. He is not that good.
