Great signing McDonnell and Teflon- as was Tupou.

Potentially both devastating if they were fit but they werent, arent and never will be since their injuries. What type of medical clearance did they do on them? See if they could walk to the other side of the room wihtout falling down???

Why do you keep bringing Tupou up? The dude signed a 500 dollar sign on fee.

Immaterial of the amount, and I admit $500 is nothing, the prospects of him playing this year is what? Same as last year? What was that you say? Nil.

What I am getting at is the attempt by WT, once again of trying bargain basement for diamonds. And whilst I am on soapbox, again my point of what possible medical clearance / prognosis is going on? At some stage WT have to give up. When is that? After 18 months holding a spot open? They should not have signed him (yes, I know only $500 but....) with all the repeated problems he had in the ESL and his knee not recovering and the ESL club releasing him.

Anyway, thats my bugbear - WT constantly searching the bargain basement- for once I'd like to see them trying on the open market with the big boys.
