Praying for Todd & Keith to be right for Sunday.

Otherwise we'll get steamrolled up the middle 3rd.

Wow how did Payne make it back already hahaha

Still no Payten, soooo odd he said he was ready to play v Eels hhhhmmmmm

Bronson in the front row isnt the greatest idea again.

Least Dane Laurie kept his well deserved spot !

I knew it. Tandy gets 10 minutes on Friday so Sheens can easily drop him when he doesn't make an impact for that pathetic buy from the Saints who takes his hit ups at walking speed.

Harrison starting prop against the warriors, they must be joking Payne back in the squad and people wonder why we are going so bad

corey payne, what a joke. give me tandy any day of the week. why couldnt he have been injured for more then one week :(

how ben teos held his spot astounds me, the last two weeks from him have been pathetic. maybe sheens is still hoping he will be with us next season and dosent want to upset him? whatever the reason he dosen't deserve to be there.

whats the point of having halatau and morris both on the bench? it should be one or none.

still im not surprised, same old sh*t. we've given the warriors every chance to win this.

Same old. We've learnt nothing. Same selection mistakes being made.

$20 says if one of Payten/Galloway plays Laurie will get dropped but Payne will remain.

My thoughts exactly.

He has not earnt a spot at all the last month.

I'd throw Laurie into the starting line up and give Te'o 5 toes up the date.

I'd start Laurie. The warriors will come hard in the first 20 and he is the only one capable in the side of bending their line.

i dont know about that, look at our forwards!! they arent as big as everyone reckons. defensive players in wiki, luck and swann, an under performing rapira and an in-experienced young gun.

on current form, matulino is the one that could bend your guys line. hes massive and strong.pretty much the same with fai off the bench.

Some stats for both teams from last week:

Tigers:
Tuiaki made less metres than McDonnell. McDonnell played for 35 minutes and made 98 metres from 10 runs. Tuiaki played for 80 minutes and made 94 metres from 16 runs.
Head hasn't been running at the line much. Two weeks ago he didn't make a metre at all, last week he made 14 metres. Marshall has been running at the line more in the last 3 weeks.
Farah started made more runs from dummy half last week than he has most of this year.
Harrison and Te'o were completely ineffective in attack, both had 8 hit ups in just over 40 minutes, Harrison made 53 metres, Te'o made 41.
Tigers starting back row did not get a single off-load away. Fulton (3) and Lawrie (1) were the only back rowers with off-loads to their names, and they came off the bench.
Only 3 Tigers players gained more than 100 metres, one of them being the fullback.
3 starting forwards made more than 55 metres, 2 bench players, Fulton and Lawrie again, both made more than 65 metres. Truly ordinary.

Te'o v Lawrie
Te'o - 43 mins, 22 tackles, 1 missed, 1 penalty conceeded, 8 hit ups for 41 metres, 1 handling error.
Lawrie - 39 minutes, 14 tackles, 3 missed, 1 penalty conceeded, 11 hit ups for 79 metres, 1 off-load.

I don't see how Te'o can hold his spot, when a young uy on debut outshines him straight away.

Warriors:
Onlt two players made over 100 metres, their fullback and winger Vatuvei.
Ropati had 4 handling errors
Fien made 13 of the 19 kicks.
Apart from Hooker Hendersons 2 handling errors, the rest of the Warriors forwards pack and their entire bench made no handling errors at all.

This match looks to be one dominated wide of the ruck. If Te'o doesn't get involved this week he never will. Our defence and ball handling will be the biggest problem. The Warriors backs are a bit dodgey at times with the ball in hand. We need to pressure them with high kicks all day.
Fien does the bulk of kicking, we need to have Harrison on him all day. Pressure on Fien's kicking game could prove to be vital.
