being old team mates surely fleming couldve copped it on the chin and shrugged it off. richardson's a bit of joker isnt he. things may have went on behind the scenes in the kiwi camp that we dont know about for him to react like he did.

The problem Richardson is finding and Cairns will find out the hard way soon as well is that it's tough being a commentator after recently retiring as he'd still be pretty good mates with most of the team and he then has to critise them for a living. Richardson isn't the greatest of commentators but so far he's been prepared to cross that line and be critical of the black caps and good on him but he shouldn't have been stunned by that kind of reaction from former team mates.
