There are so many examples of it out there. Guys who sign up to long contracts and then bludge it out for the length of the agreement. If i were a CEO, the first thing i would do is stop the club from signing up anyone to a contract that was longer then 3 years. Keeps them keen and hungry
Think about it, if you are tied up to a 5year, $2 million contract, where is the incentive to put in every week?
