There doesn’t appear to be a lot of love for Brian Kelly, but i will say you don’t play almost 200 NRL games without being a pretty decent player. I always thought he was a more than handy player.

He’s a solid, experienced NRL player, and in the world of fan recruitment expectations, that means he is shit. A worse but young player would get them excited.

I don’t think in the context of the battle of the west it means much.

We have a far superior side but there our occasions where upsets do happen.

I hope this isn’t one of them, have to get a win for my beloved granddaughter take her down to the fence post game, get a few selfies just soak it all up basically.

Addo carr is well well oast his best.. he has lost a yard or two of speed which was the one thing that made him dangerous.

Iongi and penisini are really good players.. russell is underated too..

I dont mind both their 2nd rowers too.

Plenty of Eels fans think Russell is our best outside back since he decided to jump ship.

At the Dogs yes. Since he moved to Eels he noted how he dropped 7kgs the Ciraldo and staff had him put on. He felt it slowed him down and lost his agility so he dropped the weight and the Fox is back basically to his best.

He still looks quick but not like he was. Father time is undefeated.

Hes easily lost a fair chunk of speed since his younger days. Nothing to do with weight.

Just age and injuries and a long career in the nrl have caught up with him.

The eels need to move him on and free up some coin.

I assume you've got me blocked but no one is saying he isn't fast just he's starting to show his age. He doesn't back himself in situations he would've before and gets caught easier. Can still pull out one of those every now and then. Love jac no hate here.

I'm suprised by Foxs form tbh. It's been sublime. You might be right but also might be thinking of his time at Dogs. Very differwnt the last 12mths
