22-18 final score.

Good win, would have been a disrupted week for ISP as well with Leilua, Host and Lawrie filling in for FG. No Nichols as well.

Back in top 4 now.

Only watched the second half, all one out plays like first grade, terrible, plus five mistakes with the ball in Wests half.
Leave me out of Field also.

Terrible like FG? Really?

We’re first by 4 points in FG and ISP is in top 4. Read post above regarding disrupted week for them as well.

We’re hardly terrible!

Good win by the boys.
There were many part-timers playing today, Payne, Sokobalavu, Clune, Sironen and Uele.
A couple of U20's in Morgan and Sauni-Esau and 3 development players in Masters, Ford and Lovodua.
Lovodua actually played 2nd row.
There most experienced forward was Sele.
IMO, a good win with some very good performances.
Robson is a stand-out player, and someone mentioned above about him playing the Havili type role next year, which I'm all for. More up-side than Nighty.

Actually we still have 2 bye's in hand which effectively would put us on 24 points and on top of the ladder.

Must say it's disappointing to see that Sailor is not playing ISP. Might not be going as expected or had issues with injuries.

Watatank
Sailor was in Isp and struggled defensively.
Is going well in flegg at full back but has both Herbert and Masters ahead of him.
He was struggling with injuries.
Seems to be over it now.

Agree re robson he would be handy on the bench.
As you say can play hooker, or back row.
Also could give mcinnes a rest as well.

Should have said, considering he was playing ISP earlier this season. Good to know he is finding form again. Would like to think he will be playing back there soon.

Any reason why Nicholls didn't play today? Like was he cotton-woolled for next week and a possible 1st grade debut, or was he injured?
