Currently struggling for form on my league game, and staring down the barrel of my fourth consecutive thumping.

Matt's Aussies should be salivating at the thought of facing a Stylers team in such turmoil.

I cant play alot of my better players as there Personal Fitness just goes way too down already from nets and season games.

Anyway. what I need to do is get 1.6 million in the bank so I can earn up to $80 000 interest a week. Can I ask someone whats the best way to do this. Then I can buy a much more all round team and pretty much still gain the interest every week to keep good money.

Everyone sais sell your best player but I dont really want to do this:

Nick Uppal - 19 yo, BT Rating=18,357
LH Batsman, LFM Bowler, superb batting form, superb bowling form, moderate
A steady player with mediocre leadership skills and abysmal experience.
Stamina: feeble Wicket Keeping: worthless
Batting: respectable Concentration: proficient
Bowling: strong Consistency: competent
Fielding: competent

Still has rest of season on training. I mean noone wants to sell there best player, but financially does this turn out to be a better move.

Batting: respectable Concentration: abysmal
Bowling: feeble Consistency: woeful
Fielding: worthless

That's probably my second best player.

Does anyone really think either of them would make more than 100k? I doubt it.

Howley would be lucky to get more than $100K, but that said, I would take it and buy someone better (ie someone who has secondaries)

I think a min at the moment would be $1 mil. I wouldn't sell him for less than that.

See I don't see the point in selling someone like Howley (who despite his reasonably ordinary stats is basically my best batsman) for only 100k. It just doesn't seem worth it.

Because then you could buy a competent/competent batsmen, who will be a much better batsmen for the same money.

To get the respectables concentration up to the same level, he would need a fielding and batting net for 2 seasons. Thats just to reach competent, hardly a great secondary for someone who with those nets has just reach strong.

Conversely, you give the competent/competent 2 primary nets and no fielding nets, and over the same period you will have a superb/proficent batsmen.

But seriously he will go for around 500-600k, I cant afford that.
He seems to be an outstanding prospect, give him a batting, fielding & WK net for a season he will show tremendous improvement in concentration + the primary pop.

At the moment he is batting at first drop, hit a nice 55 off 41 in today's game. He's also my captain (superb leadership skills).

I seriously think the players will revolt if management lets go of the kid. I mean, the coach has been raving about him for two seasons - saying he is the future of the club and all that sort of thing. I feel that the team responded by putting in their most complete performance of the year, thumping 337 before rolling the opposition for 84. It was as if they were saying 'see coach, we can do this, don't split us up!'.

I don't know how to make concentration go up, like, I don't know what net improves it.

I like him because he's got quality stamina already as well as pretty good batting (as far as the rest of my team goes).

for concentration you need sport physicologists.

I think if you give him 1 bat, 1 field, 1 wk he should pop conc every 3-4 weeks
