For those of you with Madden, and an XBOX 360, we are starting an LU league for the Online Franchise. Here is where everyone will sign up and also discuss the league, trades etc.

This isnt just for LU, obviously there arent 32 people on LU who have Madden and an XBOX live account, so invite your friends.


Its first in best dressed with Team selection. Teams without a username next to it are available. Please also quote your xbox gamertag if it is different to your LU username.

Got it today (xbox 360) and can't stop getting picked off in the redzone online.

b) actually win a f**king game...I can't seem to complete a pass play to save my life. Rushing, no probs. But passing I'm either picked off, or there's 5 defenders around my intended receiver

Although I won't have a PS3 until new ones come in stock - which is probably 3-4 weeks time.

Hey guys, seasoned madden vet here.

For online, you need to read the coverage/blitz and be patient before the snap, send guys in motion, send a WR to the other side and if he follows he is in man, if he stops outside the ends he is in zone. Adjust your play calling accordingly. Also he will most likely audible to the opposite so watch for a shift in his defence. Runs some plays out the gun.

Snap

Make 3 reads, if nobody is open use your check down back, scramble or get rid of it.

Also, go into practice mode and run plays for an hour or so, get used to 1 playbook and 1 team, it will help alot.

nuh, i dont have online, i dont want to be stuck on the PS3 all day, like my mates who have it so im refusing to get it. Plus where my PS3 currently is, it gets very poor 'reception' from the WI-FI. as the modem is on the other side of the house, also, sh*t modem.
