My hope is that Luai will be our defacto coach next year, setting and driving standards.

He's the most important signing in the club's history by far. If he comes here and eventually gives up because he can't implement a winning culture, then the club may as well pull down the shutters.

This is a guy who knows more about winning than the rest of the club combined.

Good to know. Luai will improve your squad, but it will take blood, sweat , tears and time. Changing culture is hard work. That's why Penrith let RCG and Blake (even paying other clubs money for them to play there.)

Luai will be a culture shock to many in the W/T squad. He won't accept 2nd best.

Penrith Panthers are massive advocate of their rep players at the end of every season. More of those tigers players should be playing rep footy every year. They need to get out of that losing mentality and play alongside good players in a different environment. It will make them better players

Injury, burn out and not enough focus on our pre-season. I get that it's part of the game but our club needs to have a good season for once.
