He is off contract... but I don't think he'd make Cronulla's first grade team anyway. Sign him as depth, but I wouldn't rely on him, and definitely wouldn't pay over the odds.

I think he's an ok winger, outside of his kicking. He's only young and certainly not another Eion Crosson. He was playing backrow in PL for a while.

Covell is a back rower/centre and is also capable of playing at 5/8 if needed.

He is far too slow for the wing, he's only there at the tigers as we have a few injuries.

He is great under the high ball however, and is a strong runner of the ball. If he were to go to the sharks I'd probably have him at Lock or Centre if he were to start, or as a benchie. Versatile players are a must nowadays.

I don't know that'd he'd be overly expensive either. If he was to leave the tigers I'd like to see him in a Sharks jumper and no one elses.

He's worth about 8 points a game too, those sort of players are rare. Kicks at 80% as well. I think he offers a lot more than just goalkicking. e can bust tackles and he is a great defender.

pigboy's kicking is only slightly better than noddy's. i'd pick up covell way before riddell. better value for money covering more positions that we need covered.

You blokes have gotta be kidding. This kicking problem is bringing out ridicules suggestions. For one thing Noddy is not going to give up the duties for some asswipe and if the sharks have any problems, buying more secound rate players is not going to help.

I wouldn't call Covell an asswipe. He isn't bad but I hope Merrit kicks the ears off it this week and Stuey just tells Noddy he doesn't have the job any more. Problem solved.
