Big loss IMO, he'll become a consistent first grader in a few years time. I still haven't seen Villa show too much...I would even have kept Harlen in preference based on PL form this season.

Yet another player we played overs for that we didn't give enough oppurtunities to.

For a bloke people were raving about as a junior, I dont think we gave Harlen any opportunity to really show much either.

As for the forward on the cheap....whats Matty Bickerstaff doing next year! ;-)

i think the club is finally seeing that the younger and more importantly CHEAPER guys are playing pretty well in PL

so they're taking the risk

and i'm happy with that

well the games i saw, he wasn't much

if you want to see a young kid in PL going "well", look at Dougie last year at Newtown. now there is a young guy that the club couldn't let go. and thank f*ck they didn't let him go

Promising young player like so many before him, dont just grow em sharks, retain em. That is the key. :crazy:
