Hey,

I was selling a taser to this guy who turned out to be a good bloke and a huge footy fan and he believes that Luke 'hot dogg' Macdougall is a big chance of signing with us, the doggs next year o the year after.

This would be huge, he is a player that will fit into our backline and has the real bulldogg feel about him. Whats more, we would get him on the cheap.

What do you guys think?
Do we want this to happen?

1 patten
2 goodwin
3 j morris
4 the big guy, dreadlocks (forgot name)
5 mcdougall.

reserve grade:
turner
utai
barba

that would be the best backline in the competition in my eyes. if adam gets injured we have a perfectly taut and supple Turner ready to go and take his place on the wing.

Your post should read this:

1 Patten
2 possibly L MacDougall
3 J Morris
4 Idris
5 Goodwin

reserve grade:
turner [if not in first grade]
utai [released]
barba

Personally I think he's a has been and I'm not interested.

Yep. Good on him for having that surgury and trying to fix himself up, but I would prefer to leave him off my roster.

Ok the consensus is that he isnt as good as S Turner so be it.

But what if Indris, turner or Brysn get unjured? who do we have to back up?

Today we have Utai or Darren Millard who consequently both wont be here next year.

If you scrounged the loose change together then Luke macdougall would be cheap scrap metal.

Personally i think he deserves a spot, hes kiling newcastle grade right now AND he is adept at both wing and centre- this wil be VERYYYYY handy. He can also bust the line.

Dont expect the bryson goodwin bubble to swell forever as well jus' saying yo.

Luke Mac isn't sh*t. However, he has had a lot of injuries and shouldn't be offered much above minimum wage. If we were to take him on he would best be on an incentive pay. His injury record has too much bad juju for my liking.

You have to be the biggest moron I've ever seen and the worst bandwagon fan ever.. But you're good entertainment ;)

Luke MacDougall is pure sh*t. We have a very strong back line next year:

Patten, Turner, Idris, Morris, Goodwin, Tia-Kilifi, Nanai, Winitana, Nick Taylor, Gordon (if injuries hit he can revert back to centre), Foster.. Hell we even have the likes of Trent Cutler if needed..

being injured doesnt make someone sh*t.

a fully fit Luke MacDougall and in the form he showed with Souths, is a very good player.

As long as he doesn't cost too much it can't hurt to have him on the books. He wouldn't be the worst back-up player we've ever signed!!

I saw him play for Lakes United a few months ago and he looked in great shape. He blitzed the park footballers, but i suppose he would be rubbish if he didn't.

Patteb,turner,morris,goodwin are our front 4.

dris i dont know alot about but assume he will be with the above so thats 5.

Then theres

Tia Kafili- he is very young and untested.
Nanai- isnt that good, might be released.
Winitana- not good
Nick Taylor- I really rate him highly as a star for the future but he has been signed by souths next season.
Gordon- He is a back rower now.

Granted the top 5 is top 5.

Luke Macdougall on the cheap covers 2 positions, was the most devastating player on his day that could roll through 4 people like his brother.

He also brings the experience we need if we are to play semis football again.

Ladies and Gentleman.......THAT is why he is worth having as a backup

You talk absolute sh*t and you have no f**king idea about anything... For starters that's DAVE Taylor that Souths have signed and he's from the Broncos. Nick Taylor is a young bloke playing NSW Cup and playing really well.

Tia-Kilifi hasn't failed to make over 100m in every match he's played for Penrith this year (6 or 7) and always tops the run count for them. He's got immense talent and will push both Goodwin and Turner for starting spot.

Nanai has been carving up in NSW Cup, scoring a hat trick again on the weekend (his 3rd hat trick for the year I think?). Winitana is playing decent but he's proven himself with a full season of FG in 2008. And Yileen Gordon was a fat slow centre converted to a hard running powerful fit second rower. He is more a centre now than he was when Souths played him there.

Get a clue.
