No worries, guys!

Now on to the Top 100 TV Shows!

A mod can unpin this whenever they like :) Ditto the voting thread for TV shows.

Amazingly, 17 of LU's Top 100 Favourite Movies did not even make IMDB's Top 1000 Movies of All Time.

Here's those who flunked out. In my opinion, some of these movies don't deserve to be in IMDB's Top 100,000, while some others should be right up there. Just my opinion of course, but I can't comment on what I haven't seen.

26. Anchorman: The Legend Of Ron Burgundy
30. Old School
32. Pitch Perfect
38. The Castle
=42. Once Were Warriors
=54. The Fast And Furious
59. Any Given Sunday
=61. American Sniper
=70. Orgazmo
=76. Armageddon
84. Cool Runnings
=88. The Devil Wears Prada
92. Wayne’s World
=93. Team America: World Police
=93. Robin Hood: Men In Tights
=93. Napoleon Dynamite
=98. Mad Max

I will post the LU versus IMDB comparison in four instalments starting with 1 - 25, 26 - 50 and so on.

Here's 1 - 25. The numbers behind the movie name denote the position on IMDB's Top 1000 movies of all time and their rating out of 10. While the huge majority of LU votes are reasonably faithful to those of IMDB, those in bold buck the trend.

Cool Hand Luke didn't make in the top 50, and crap like the Avengers did...Oh well people don't appreciate works of art anymore, I think what we got here is a failure to communicate.

Think of it as "George Lucas is a hack" bashing.

FWIW, Indiana Jones was pretty awesome until Crystal Skull.

Not a hack per se, but definitely lost his mojo.

He is the man who created 6 of the greatest movies of all time with the original SW trilogy and the first 3 Indiana Jones movies.

Plus he has a warm place in my heart because of Willow and Labyrinth as well. American Graffiti wasn't too bad either.

He didn't thave a hand in E.T. though. That was all Spielberg. And if you start calling him a hack I'm gonna hunt you down!

I think it's a stretch to call Return of the Jedi and Temple of Doom some of the greatest movies of all time. Ewoks? Really?

Not sure how much of the credit he deserves for Labyrinth. He just funde the movie. He wasn't involved creatively
