LU's Top 50 Movies - 2007 Edition

Alright guys, it's been just under a year since the last LU Top 50 movies was done with The Shawshank Redemption taking at the gong as the #1 movie amongst LU users. Will it be able to hold steady at #1 this time around? What movies will burst their way in? What flashes in the pan will tumble out! We shall soon see!

How to Vote
It's simple. List your favourite fifteen movies of all time in preferential order from #1 (your favourite) to #15 (the fifteenth favourite). Why does everyone rate Stranger Than Fiction? I like it, im using it as one of my related texts (along with Dark City) in my Extension English exam tommorow, but i dont see how it could be top 15 material?

Why does everyone rate Stranger Than Fiction?

I saw a lot of myself in facets of it, I guess. Not anything specific, just the way in which it looked at a person who had reduced their life to a routine and settled into it without any real thought to their own needs or wants. It was quirky and sweet and ultimately uplifting. It was the kind of movie that made me want to go out and do something new.

It is good in that sense IMO, but it isn't complex enough to take my fancy. I find it something which lacks in substance, but something that essentially has a good concept.
