Played the early release on 360. The game hasn't changed in years, still overpowered offense and dumb defense.

I wouldn't bother until xbox one or PS4.

At the moment it seems really similar to 13'. So unless you're heaps keen on the more "GM" side of Franchise Mode or the advancements to Madden Ultimate team you could be forgiven for skipping a year.

In saying that, I love playing it. Feels a little bit fresher then 13 did and it's always nice to have updated Rosters. For me, buying the new Madden is a way to christen the upcoming NFL season, so it's awesome to just sit back and use my 360 to win the Cowboys the Superbowl.

Just played a game before, it was Breast Cancer awareness week, I know that because the commentator mentioned it every time there was a change of possession.

Also the "Play of the game" was a punt that went for a touchback lol.

Yeah, im literally 6-8 weeks away from a new born, my wife is having a dreadful time of it, so im doing all the cooking, cleaning, washing, shopping etc. Dont really have time for a new game...

When ever i get the chance to play games, im obsessed with breaking the all time NBA scoring record in NBA2K 13 with my guy, have stepped it up the last 10 games, am averaging 55 points :lol:
