Johnson by a mile. He is a much more complete player than Foran. I think getting out of NZ might be just the thing to see him finally reach his potential as well.

If you've got a Milford then Foran is the best bet, if you've got a Pearce then SJ is the one to go for.

Exactly - Foran can play either a traditional 6 or 7, Johnson loves to wear 7 but doesn't really play like one that often

Id take Johnson in a heartbeat. Johnson/Morgan halves combo working behind a good pack under a great coach would see him shine (more consistently than he currently does)

It really depends on whether Morgan can fill the organising role that Thurston currently does, because the evidence suggests Johnson can only do that 1/3 of the time

I think Panthers halves have the potential to be great and wouldn't trade them. So I think Foran at lock would be the go for Panthers.

You obviusly didn't see Foran's performances for Manly in his last 12 months.

Exactly most of the problems listed happened to Foran happened in 2016 at Parramatta. It's very misleading to suggest that this has happened over his entire career. He had a very solid stint for Manly between 2009-2016, and suggesting Foran problems have effected his form on the football field over his entire career is inaccurate.

I was not in any way being complimentary to his 2015 season at Manly.

Also Foran completely outplayed Johnson in the Grand Final in 2011. Foran and Cherry-Evans kicking game was far superior and it was difference in the game for sure. Johnson kicking game was ordinary, from memory James Malony played ok.

Thats a bit harsh on poor Buzz. He would make the perfect mate. The guy you want in the trenches with you whether it be drinking, gambling, paying for sex or all of the above.
