Holmes was awesome. Our best back by a country mile. While Toby Couchman was again the pick of our pack, topped the tackle count, ran 100m+ and creates vital second phase play. If only we had a few more with his zest for work. Young Hamish Stewart who is improving with every game, a close second.

Use your brain if there's one up there. When have I ever said the players are old and past there best? Took you an hour to reply with that? Our squad should be doing alot better and I guarantee if we had Ryles instead of Flanno we would be playing alot better footy. Change your name to InFlannoWeLust you aren't the full quid

Most are saying new coach. How many f**king times do you want a change .
It took Alex Ferguson 6 years to win a first major title!
Talk about how our recruitment was poor. Yes we missed out of a BIG FORWARD.
RCG has been terrible!!! And most were saying how we missed it! Thank f**k we did.
The huge miss was May & AFB. We never stood a chance with May as he wanted to link with Luai and co.
afb yes that’s probably the only big dog we missed out on.

and talking about coaches. Brisbane get Madge and still get up & down results! Sometimes it’s not the coach but the personal.
same with Hasler & the titans

Finally got a chance to watch the game. Obv very disappointing. Footy gods hate us.

We aren't playing to our potential. Execution is lacking but the linebreaks are there. We aren't too far off if we can just learn to play for the full 80. Can definitely see what flano is building towards with our younger forwards.

They LEARN absolutely nothing. For years, we go from one way to lose to find a brand new one. No match management, poor discipline, fumbling, turnstyling defence...so many ways we keep finding. It's just that the odd win we get keeps the illusion alive that we are a matter of weeks away from becoming a threat.

I am not on the Shane Flanagan sacking train, not at all but I am also aware of his limitations as a head coach and recruiter to get us what we need. I think at present there are 4 coaches that can get their team a premiership, and they are also backed by astute management, boards and directors. We are not getting a better coach than Shane in the current climate.

We are still a bit of a circus act on and off the field. I want to be positive. There are some great players coming through but please, please, please don't expect this team to learn anything.
