well if she is serious about all her sh*t, then she should really be campaigning for women to have at least two positions on the field. good enough for the boardroom good enough to pull on a gurnsey

there are a few arguments for affirmative action ... but the main one is that it's actually the structure of an organisation that discourages a minority participating. so if you put people in who are black/female/whatever then the whole structure can change and develop and become a kind of organisation that is more open to diversity in its employees and bosses.

That answer actually sounds like something pulled straight out of a university essay - words to placate a career academic.
