Bloke is young and plays in a local Fiji comp, scored a pretty good try vs Cook Islands in the 9s obviously this doesn't mean a lot but I wonder if he'd be worth a development contract? He surely be cheap.

Don't we have spies on the ground scouring the islands looking for potential players.
I would consider talking to Leeson Au Mau looking for recommendations maybe has a cousin who needs a break.
