Maloney is injured; Roosters have no goal kicker!

The Roosters are in a desperate situation for the next 5-7 weeks because Maloney is out injured and so they have no goal kicker. Someone forgot to hire a backup goal kicker.

How can they possibly win close games, or even most games, without a goal kicker?

We have, we have just refused to pick him.

Mullen is better than decent, but after throwing him to the wolves 7 years ago he was put into the never again basket. Shame Pearce wasn't subjected to the same criteria.

Morts is a sharpshooter and a handy 5\8

He is a decent goal kicker is young Daniel but is not in Maloney's class. I dare say though he will be starting five eight as the other guys who've tried kicking goals when Maloney has been out are terrible (i.e. Cordner, Pearce, RTS).

On the Deadset Legends on Triple M they reported initial prognosis on Maleone's injury is 2-6 weeks. Jennings could be ready to play the Tigers.

Hope Jimmy's recovery is the shorter side of the prognosis.

Morts will be 5/8 and take the kicks for goal. SKD used to kick many moons ago. Cordner and RTS no thanks and Pearce's goalkicking is about at the same level as his short-kicking and field goal game..'Sh@thouse'.
