No matter what happens i am proud of the boys, at the begining of the year if you asked a eagles fan where they think or want the boys to end up at the end of the year 99% of them would of told you 6th or 5th would be awesome, now with 1 round to go manly will be sitting outright 3rd for the 3rd week in a row.

Orford is thriving, the new kid Burns is thriving and looking towards a rookie of the year medal, My boy Stewart is once again carving up every team in the comp and of course BK is just inspirational on and off the field. And now we are looking towards a top 4 finish, so right up to this moment 2006 has been a great year.

i hope so, i just hope we can get through the 1st week, we will most likely play the loser of the brisbane-parra game, or maybe canberra and given the way the raiders played yesterday they would be hard to beat.
but if we play well, i dont see why we cant win
