For mine, thats the Exhibit A of why this whole thing is wrong. Its basically a blackmail clause and for no reason bar the coaches own personal monetary gain.

Sheens gets to remain coach as long as Benji want's to stay at the Tigers.

Dessie didn't just do this for one player it appears it was multiple players, for no reason bar his own personal gain.

I have no problems with the players asking for it, but for a coach to suggest it or even lobby for it is borderline corruption.
