Mario, any chance of scanned player likenesses i.e FIFA 2004

Mario,
I was just curious as to whether sidhe would be considering
scanning players faces for the sequel. It would truly add that touch
of realism to the game and it has been extremely successful in
other games such as fifa, madden, smackdown titles, tiger woods
etc. It would be very time effective also as you wouldn't have to
take photos of every player and mould it to the face then add the
"appropriate" hair. With a scan that takes about 20 seconds all of
it is done for you and i'm sure the players would put their hands up
for it just like they did for testing etc. I'm positive sidhe would have
the money to hire a scanning tube for a day or two after all of the
success you had topping number 1 for 5 weeks over xmas.
Consider it mario and SIDHE and reply with thoughts soon.

None of the players in the original game were scanned.

Photos were used to assist with creating the textures, but the head and hair geometry was made by hand.

Mario, maybe you and the guys at sidhe should seriously consider this

i think more variety with the hair meshes would make the players look heaps more accurate (joey looks like george harrison in the game)
