Having seen J.Moz thread and being an old Kogarah Maro Bros boy, it made me think about how many Saints players the school has provided over the years.

Here are a couple. There are of course, many more.

Kenny Bothroyd ( Trainer)
Robert Stone.
Micheal Beattie.

‘65.
Fullback.
Fabulous in the schools comp.
Slightly built, fast on his feet, elusive.
Played lower grades for short time.
Not sure if he got a run in firsts.
Hope you’re still out there Ted.

Could be denis.

In one of my RL ref books there is an E Walton listed in the ‘71 team.
As in - E for Edward, but called Ted.

I must have been surfing too much then. No memory of watching that game.
And Ted even scored a try,
Silly me.

Looking at the South’s team list. Wow. What a team.
