Just saw some news in the UK that Mark lennon was heading over to play for Wales.

Its said he has been playing for the Manly Sea Eagles this year.


I knew he came over and did sign with the club.....but did he even get a run in reserve grade this year?

played fullback in PL most of the year

He'll always be the backup for Stewart whilst he's at the club.

It's a shame really, the guy is a real talent....

He did play in the Panthers game last year....Took one tackle and did a hamstring..

He is one of the most consistent in PL by far..Can kick goals too..

IMO his biggest weakness/problem is his lack of size...

For the record the only time he didn't make the PL side was when he was sidelined with injury.

then why did hicks take stewarts spot when we played the warriors and canberra. i myself thought that lennon should have been picked for fullback but des thinks otherwise.

Hicks carved up against the Warriors at fullback.
Remember the circumstance - our top 8 position was on the line, under lights. Im sure Des just went the safe option.
