WHAT A JOKE: The masked man struck again with a surprise appearance at a press conference by All Blacks assitant coach Wayne Smith.


The hi-jinks continued in the All Blacks camp as the infamous masked man reappeared – this time at an official press conference in Edinburgh as New Zealand prepare to play Scotland.



Burly prop Carl Hayman made the first appearance in disguise at the team's hotel in France earlier in the week.
Now the masked man has struck again as All Blacks assistant coach Wayne Smith was fielding questions from the international media at the team's hotel in Edinburgh.
The All Blacks had just arrived from France but it didn't take long for them to make their mark in their new surroundings.
Dressed as a bank robber in mask and baggy jacket, there was a giveaway with the anonymous figure wearing distinctive black adidas track pants – a sure sign of someone in the All Blacks squad.
Was it Hayman again? Is this going to be an ongoing prank? Are there dangers in taking humour to this level? Is it a good look for our national team? Stayed tuned as we investigate the mysterious goings-on that are now taking on a serial nature.

DOWN TROU: Sitiveni Sivivatu strikes to catch baggage man Errol Collins unaware as the All Blacks wrap up their training.


The pranks keep coming in the relaxed All Blacks camp with baggage man Errol Collins the latest victim of the players' hi-jinks.


Collins, who spent 14 years with Canterbury and the Crusaders before linking with the All Blacks in 2004, is an extremely popular member of the squad.
But that doesn't mean he's off limits to a bit of fun from the players.
The latest came at training in Aix-en-Provence as the All Blacks prepare to meet Scotland in Edinburgh next Monday in a vital World Cup pool match.
Never turn your back Errol, will be his catch-cry now after Sitiveni Sivivatu took advantage of a lapse in concentration by Collins to give him a "down-trou". These All Blacks are clearly a happy bunch at the moment as was shown earlier in the week by Carl Hayman's "Masked Man" episode at the team hotel.

When I saw the musk man picture in the NZ hearald website I thought there minght be some protest or complaint by member of the public .
I thought it was tasteless and I wouldn't want to be a relative of those killed by PLO terrorists in Munich who wore similar musk .
