for some reason all week ive been thinking we'd win but today ive looked at the teams again and have pretty much resigned myself to a loss. got corporate tickets and can walk to the ground from my place so at least ill be able to drown my sorrows

What do you say to that. We put in but we were just plain dumb mainly Matty E and Sue at the end of the game. They were also both good until the critical point when they stuffed up.

Sue pisses me off. He comes up with dud plays at the worst time and at the same time plays well at times.

I'm interested to know why Suli is always being picked at left centre? My understanding is that his preferred position is right centre? Given that Miline and Fonua are both left centres I thought he would be playing right centre next year. Wonder why we don't move him now so that Suli/Nofo can build a combination

He may as well be picked in English Super League because we never give him any quality ball... fmd its Taylor ball Cleary style ... there is ZERO structure and its starting to look very obvious.. the bus driver isnt looking real f**king good in my eyes, especially when he picks white lines Lovin it in his best 17

Haven't been this shattered after a game in a while. Terrible game management. No one to blame but ourselves. Cleary needs to cop some of the blame for playing Lovett for 80 mins when he isn't even upto 10. 2 knock one from offloads in our own 30 when we're up by 8 with under 10 mins to go FFS. We were clearly the better team yet keep finding new wars to lose.

I know it was his first game back in while and he had a new 1/6 next to him but Brooks was poor. We had a heap of ball and field position in the first half and scored one try from a dummyhalf barge over and another fron a rookie prop giving a short ball that Joey would have been proud of. I'm not going to crucify him from that dud game but he needs to be better.

Brooks was shithouse but he did play better as the game went on. Relying on Brooks to come good though is crazy. Liddle and Felise are more likely players than Brooks is.

Yeah I suppose the encouraging thing is that the kids were good tonight. Liddell, Marsters and Eisenhuth were some of our better players. Elisenhuth should keep his spot for the rest of the season and be resigned.

The young players were good. Eisenhuth lost us the game though.

How unfair and ignorant to say Eisenhuth lost us the game. Dumb pass without a doubt. Very very dumb. In his fairness, it wasn't an absolute hospital pass and could have been caught. Let's remember that same pass got us a try. Eisenhuth was good tonight - a good work ethic and some nice touches. Was very strong.

Esan Masters was very impressive too. Exciting signs.

Lovett was abysmal and Brooks was not much better.

Did they pass need to be thrown ? Should it have been thrown ? That was a terrible option. He was good apart from that but that was a critical play that was dumb at the wrong time.

Those plays lose games. If he held the ball we win the game.

I'd let him off for that but I'd tell him that at that time you don't throw that pass.
