O'Brien doesn't strike me as a coach that can work with what he's got. He needs to have them play his style of football. Smith was a genius at working with what he had.

When all is said and done, I dunno why people have been questioning our effort. We've stuck in today. Nothing is working, and we're playing stupid football, but the effort has been there. The Sharks would have smoked us by now if it wasn't.
