Looks like he's still a chance.
He isn't playing. Faataape is in.
He's been injured, he's back today, not sure what grade? It's concerning that young Luke has been unsighted this year. I hope he's ok and that the absence is just the club looking after him by not rushing him back.
By the law of footy averages Faatape is due for some kind of standard factory game.
That is the big thing for me mate. If you have followed this club for 10+ years, there is no way on Earth that you can fully trust this team yet....unless you are delusional.Big game today, looking at it it feels like we should win but it’s going to take a while for us fans to be able to trust this team, it could start today.
Skeltons a huge out, even more so cause Naden, Staines and Lauilili are all out too. Fataape was terrible on the wing last year, they don’t seem to rate him but surely Lobb is a better option? In saying that RTS and DWZ again big outs for NZ.
NZ were terrible in Vegas, got Manly with help from an 11-2 penalty count, then beat East’s in a very low quality game. With us back at home, 8 day turn around and the spine another game together I’d really like to think this is a W for us.
It’s such a topsy turvy comp, said this a few times but think there will be 2-3 wins between 4th and 13th this year. If we’re serious about playing finals then this is absolute must win. To go 3-1 would be massive for the club.
Faataape is an issue to me on the wing. He is much better in the centres.
He's listed on the wing...may not play there
I had heard Seyfarth was needled up last game, and there was some concern, but heard nothing since.
Haven’t heard anything about May though, not that that means much.
Faatape defence is not NRL standard atm, hopefully he can improve as his best football is ahead of him if he applies himself.
I won't mind if they have to wait until GF day.I think with all the hype regarding Galvin's future, he and Luai will play out of their skins, and we certainly have improved our D, so we are up for this.
