Yeah, he went for the ball but lead with his arm.
Ball needs to be there, should be the first rule.Rudolf is allowed to compete for the ball, which is all he's done there for mine. I don't think there's anything in the rules about the timing of the contact in a fair contest is there?
Rudolf literally knocked the ball back - so clearly the ball was c lose enough for him to affect it in the contest. I dunno what the complaint is other than Kalyn is tiny and got ragdolled in a contest for the ball - which happens to him a fair bit to be fair. It's not his strong suit.Garbage call. You can't put a bomb and just run through a bloke while it's 20m up
Yeah but "should" isn't in the rules to the best of my knowledge. The refs don't adjudicate on shoulds.Ball needs to be there, should be the first rule.
I know, but it was ruled “contesting the ball”.Yeah but "should" isn't in the rules to the best of my knowledge. The refs don't adjudicate on shoulds.
So, as long as you are jumping somewhere near the ball, it’s fine to take a player out in the air.
Got it.
Which I agree with, especially given that Rudolf actually did affect the ball in the contest.I know, but it was ruled “contesting the ball”.
Why are we the only team in the comp without blockers?Green really really needs to be a bit deeper on kicking plays.
