I'd like to see Luai and Galvin switch...also right now I wouldn't be moving Douehi for Naddo. I say this in all seriousness...Douehi is one of our more intelligent players. Luai is trying hard but he doesn't have anyone pushing up off him...they're just walking around standing flat waiting for him to do something. That's why i'd like to see galvin at 7 with Luai returning to 6 and his natural running game. Then again early '05 it looked every bit of an attacking mishmash as it was today...then voilà ! ....anyway only 3rd game together for our new Big 4 superspine so can't be too harsh on the progress so far

I think we have won every game (3) with our first 17 playing?
I don't think Skelton will be playing next week, so it will be interesting how Benji plays it.
I don't mind the idea of Naden playing in the centres, maybe To'a goes to wing?

Who was worse Galvin or Luai? Dead heat?!

Galvin by a mile. I think Luai was starting to show something out there. His short drop-outs were freaken drain dead stupidity though. I mean how dumb are you to go for a short drop out with a couple of minutes to go and you are ahead.

Galvin is a concern. Terrible execution of last play options.

Luai isn't giving us value for money but I thought that was his best game for us.

Im wrapped for the forwards. They had a ball out there today .. ..they really deserve to start feeling like bully’s.. That tackle from Samuela Fainu on that back that sent him flying etc .. once again Sione was a star on attack

Our pack is awesome. Our outside backs are great. If we replaced Doueihi with a star player we'd have an awesome set of backs. Doueihi has been good as well but I don't think he has that zip. You notice when To'a gets the ball he can create something.

To'a is a weapon.

I think Luai’s value will show long term. He is infectious to the playing group and the players love him. He demands perfection and yes maybe he hasn’t shown it with ball in hand but our attitude in defense is a sign of a close playing group

I think eventually Benji has to realise we need a half back.. I don’t care who it is.. Luai has to go to 6 and Galvin needs to take his “oooh let’s see if I can just run through there backline” arse somewhere else

I think we have to stick with these two. If Latu didn't get injured Galvin should be in reserves. We can't offer him a million a season for 5 years at this point. That would be criminal.

Galvin is lucky. He has been poor all year. Latu is made of glass.

When you are resorting to stuff that can't be backed up by on-field performances I think it's basically over. It's sort of an admittance the guy doesn't deserve to be there.

I think that was Luai's best performance for us but he isn't living up to his billing at this point.

I think he was starting to show something out there though. I want him running and jinking and creating stuff. He isn't a half back though. He is a creative guy that can score us points. I'm hopeful he is just out of form and finding his way and that longer term he comes good.

Just need our halves to show the same progression

Bula has been our best spine player and I don't think it's close. You wouldn't expect that at the start of the year.

Our forwards are awesome. May is so good. Pole is great. Samuela and Seyfarth are doing okay on the edges and it's enough. Sione is a weapon off the bench. Twal has been good.

Our spine really needs to kick it up a gear. Api to me looks a bit out of sorts as well. I'm hopeful they fire soon though.

Just listened to the presser, I don't think he will be swapping out his centres, probably the right call.
So we will be wanting a winger.

It’s more important than you think and I’ll leave you with how Penrith are playing without Luai with how we are playing with Luai

the guy is chirpy as f**k and just energises every player on that field

We'll agree to disagree. I expect Luai to do a shit load more and so far he has been a poor buy.

I like Luai as well. He just needs to do a lot more.
