Do you think he'll be up to it?Reynolds will have a question mark on his fitness, coming back (at his age) from a groin issue, will not be easy for him.

Only until the pain killers wear off.Do you think he'll be up to it?![]()
Baby Broncos ring a bellVic mentioned this, but we are favourites for this game.
When was the last time we've been favourites against a reigning premiership side.
That said, I think we have them at a bad time, so hopefully we can capitalise on it, also at home is another great plus, last weeks crowd was pretty impressive.
The pennies coming off a loss and playing in Darwin against the dolphins, is not a given.
If the footy gods are kind to us, we could be leading the comp at the end of the weekend?

Yes, but as Benji says, we are a new team.Baby Broncos ring a bell![]()
Just watched Sir Alex and KPP on 360 and those two typifies our culture this year.Yes, but as Benji says, we are a new team.
TBH, I feel confident with this side, if we stay fit, we can beat all comers.
I watched the replay of the Knights game, our defence was brutal. Hunt was a monster and obviously our attack has improved.
I'm certainly enjoying it, while it's happening.
I also think that last 20 minutes of that game was good timing, as it will be a real wake-up for the team.Yes, but as Benji says, we are a new team.

I think Luai will hurt us in attack. Benji needs to put him in cuffs, have him play straight and focus him on putting the ball through the hands rather than running it. Jock ain’t flash but he did his job well. GoodUs by 18, with Ta May getting a double and Doueihi MoM.
I think both Luai and Ta May's inclusions take us to another level.
And Luai will not let the team slacken off in the last 20, like last week.
Both Luai and Doueihi have trained all off season as 6 & 7, I don't see a problem.I think Luai will hurt us in attack. Benji needs to put him in cuffs, have him play straight and focus him on putting the ball through the hands rather than running it. Jock ain’t flash but he did his job well. Good
Problem to have, Luai is a good player and brings a lot to the team in terms of competitiveness, he gives 110%, but I think when the team is under the pump he can tend towards holding the ball too long and tries too hard to make things happen rather than sticking to the game plan. It’s the best side we’ve put on the paddock this year I just worry a bit about cohesion given the outside backs haven’t really played together this year
Madden & AD delivered 3 great performances for us in succession while Luai has been injured.Consequently they should be the halves but understandably we have a 6 who is on massive overs & tight with the coach & hence has a lock on the 6 jersey even though he has been ordinary for the majority of the time he has been at Concord.Personally Im sick of hearing what he does off the field re leadership coz nothing matters more to us than JL starting to consistently deliver to the standard that’s close to his pay grade on the field.Theres no excuses from here on as he’s coming into a red hot side who have seriously turned the corner & our most competent game manager is now in the no.14 jersey having made way for him. Both Luai and Doueihi have trained all off season as 6 & 7, I don't see a problem.
But agree, they are different players than Jock. TBH, I would have liked to seem all 3 in the team. But where?
I also think Luai is the glue that has stuck this team together, since he's got here.
Certainly not knocking Jock, but IMO, things would have to have gone to shit, for him to replace either Luai & Doueihi while they are available.
There should never be any excuses, but Luai, imo, is the one to take us the promised land.Madden & AD delivered 3 great performances for us in succession while Luai has been injured.Consequently they should be the halves but understandably we have a 6 who is on massive overs & tight with the coach & hence has a lock on the 6 jersey even though he has been ordinary for the majority of the time he has been at Concord.Personally Im sick of hearing what he does off the field re leadership coz nothing matters more to us than JL starting to consistently deliver to the standard that’s close to his pay grade on the field.Theres no excuses from here on as he’s coming into a red hot side who have seriously turned the corner & our most competent game manager is now in the no.14 jersey having made way for him.

I somewhat agree but you need a half to straighten play and give good service both left and right. Where I do agree with you is giving AD a roving licence. Unfortunately that's what Luai likes to do so I think they'll eventually form a more dedicated left and right role and Madden or even Latu will feature more in the first reciever role in the near future.I reckon he is one of the best 6's in the comp. I think AD has been great as a running half. I'm not stating that you need a more traditional 7 like Madden in the team but I think when Madden has been in the team and played that role reasonably well we've looked pretty good.
I just want to see the team continue to perform when we aren't playing that traditional 7 type player in the team.
