What a good and just outcome last night. It was fair IMO.

If JWH and SST play i assume they will be needled up - Anyone know what happened to Keighran /DSF and Volkman - none picked in any grade this week - injured? - The main Chooks site is notoriously lacking any information since basically round 4 on injuries.

The injury to JWH is still a complete mystery, there was no update other than a sore shoulder and he needed scans.... and then he was named on Tuesday

SST has/had a cracked rib and just needed monitoring. Very painful but quick healing injury, the 9 days turn around probably helps there.

Keighran - no idea

I think DSF is on the nose since his outburst int he souths game, I don't think he is long for this club.

The injury to JWH is still a complete mystery, there was no update other than a sore shoulder and he needed scans.... and then he was named on Tuesday

Keighran - no idea

I think DSF is on the nose since his outburst int he souths game, I don't think he is long for this club.

Even though both JWH and SST have been named, I would not be at all surprised if one or both of them do not end up playing. Team Tuesday does not mean much and the club would be obliged to put out a list for a team, even if it is not likely to be close to the actual team that takes the field. It is a token list, and I understand that. I will be more interested to see what is likely to happen come Friday or Saturday rather than Tuesday. I hope they play, but let's see what happens.

In terms of Keighran, I also have no idea. I thought that he may have re-injured himself in the last game, but then the injury update did not refer to him.

In terms of DSF, I tend to agree with @Valheru, I think he might be on the nose. Perhaps he did not show remorse for that incident in the Souths game. While Robbo would allow men to learn, he and others would take a dim view on that.

It is Anzac Day ladies and gentlemen, a time to appreciate what has been done for this great country. At the end of the day, it is just a game, and today affords us an opportunity to reflect on and appreciate what is truly important.

Nevertheless, I hope that we put in a performance that we all can be proud of. Easts by 8.

Yeh Keighran has a fractured eye socket which is between 4 top 10 weeks out depending if surgery is required - DSF was injured - Volkam as well but not sure on how long out - Chooks club site is not the most up to date one has to say.
