Right call. Loose carry and wasn't an intentional strip. Flung an arm out while diving and by chance tapped the ball and fifita dropped it, just like he did against the cowboys. He has terrible ball security.

Even if he was going for the ball... it has to be riped or punched- decent force.

Yes, people saying Cecchin got it wrong either have no idea about the laws of the game, or were just high on emotion to make an unbiased call. As a neutral fan, I was watching and was on the edge of my seat for that whole last 10 minutes and had they got that Fifita try there at the end, it would have no doubt been one of the greatest comebacks of all-time in any sport!! But that still doesn't change the fact that it was a knock-on.
