Let me say that Ipswich's defence is not the best which is one of our biggest weaknesses.

They have the 6th best defence and third best attack. Not the worst but could be better.

These new structures they have introduced have not been around long and they are already seeing results so far. Time will tell, the jets over the last 5 or 6 years have finished 4th or 5th every year, they currently sit 3rd. If they manage a few years at the top and win a few comps then ben and shane will really start to get some more attention. Which also begs the question, do they come as a package deal?

If they were in the frame I would suggest that they be given the u20s for three yrs to see what happens and then make a call.
