Have heard he is an unlikely starter for the Warriors game. Injury is a little more serious than first thought. Strange that he has been named this week though or is BS playing another of his little games? Only time will tell. A wonder whom will be the replacement since Smith is also out injured?

Although I believe old news now but both Cannings and Cayless are right to go. Not sure whether they will be thrown in though at this late stage considering so little to gain.

Have also heard from Parralight that we have signed another very talented kiwi. Apparently Daniel Andersen has done the right thing and pointed him our way. Not sure of the spelling but was told his surname was Perinara. Possibly a younger sibling/relative to the other one running around. Supposedly very, very talented. A name to look out for.

Now having seen Ben Smith the 2nd time around, hopefully,

Burt to FB
Mateo to Centre

I read somewhere regarding the sharks game that Wade wanted to play and asked smithy to give him as much time as possible to prove his fitness.

Maybe the same for this week

Back on Marcus Perenara, he's an 18yr old half back / five eighth. At the start of the year he was in the Warriors top 25 and was touted as the next big thing but has yet to play first grade.

I spoke to Wade after the game on Saturday and he tells me it's a week to week proposition.

It's been an unusual couple of weeks we seemed to be linked with several players on various websites this week alone I've heard Thomas Leaulie, Dennis Moran, Mark Fakahua, Marcus Peranara and ofcourse PJ.

God I love this time of the year! :D

Yeh Jeramiah Pai still hasn't had a fair go Twizzle, I admit that. I rate Pai in our top 25. I don't know what the coaches are thinking not giving him a run in first grade. He would calve up. He is a great player and I have been waiting for the day for him to be named in our first grade side, Hopefully it comes before he leaves us one day.

Pai was playing great at lock for reggies, Then they all of a sudden dropped him to the bench and he hasn't been performing, But I still think's he puts in a good effort each week.

And Pai is a bit soft, I dont think he always puts in.

He should be performing much better than he has been

If McKinnon doesn't play, then:

Burt to fullback
Petersen and Graham on the wings
I have no idea about the centres (I heard Langi and Smith won't play)

So I think this COULD happen:

Burt to FB
Petersen and Anderson on the wings
Graham and O'Dwyer to centres
