we had hangi at my granparenst place every 2nd weekend,Best way meat can be cooked by a mile
save me some since us raiders will eat like a viking and make sure there is plenty of beers

Might wash it down with an L & P & Vodka mix ???...;-)

How to cook the perfect hangi:

1: dig the hole
2: light the fire
3: scrape away the ashes and put the food in
4: cover it up and stand around the hole drinking for the next four hours
5: scrape some dirt off until the covering's exposed. If steam comes out, it's ready, dig it up and eat. If no steam comes out, cover it up and go get fish & chips.
