thats hard to read!

I really think there are only a couple of genuine chances in this race, the rest are there to make numbers

Take:

Makybe Diva
Eye Popper
Railings
Demerger
Strasbourg
Xcellent

And you wouldn't be far off the Triffecta

I've given each a horse a rating. Either Good Chance (GC), Possible (P) and No Thanks (NT)

My trifecta

1. Diva
2. Xcellant, Eye Popper, Leica Falcon, Railings, Hugs Dancer
3. Field

Gonna put $80 on it.

I think Hugs is a great long shot chance...had a European preparation...very fresh...from reports been working very well in trackwork.

I think youre pretty close here. Im contemplating taking on Railings but im not sure...Im definately including Distinction, horse is apparently in the best form of its career. I think Portland Singa is a good chance and Lachlan Rivers run was impressive...

Lachlan River is the one that will add value to the tris. Could run 3rd. The Diva will have my support, but I think Eye Popper might have my money!

My only worry with Lachlan is whether it has the class of the others

Couldn't be as classy Strasburg! What a horse:lol:.

I'm still going for Eye Popper but Distinction worries me. Actually everything apart from Eye Popper wories me.

I think Vinnie Row has a great chance despite the barrier draw. It is racing as good as ever and meets the Diva on the same weight as opposed to last year. It would have won last year if the jockey had half a brain and now the Diva's weight has been increased. Good value at $8
