Does anyone have any collections that care to share with us ? I am buying the one from the 2003 Grand Final.

I also have the one from the 2004 Cougar Bourbon Jerseys in which we played in the First Ever Men of League Game. Apparently these will be numbered, and there will be more games all over the country in the coming years.

Check this out, It's cheap.

‘NO ESCAPE’ - Scott Sattler

The 2003 National Rugby League Grand Final between Penrith and the Roosters is already etched in history as one of the greatest ever premiership deciders… and the dramatic, try saving tackle of Panthers’ lock forward Scott Sattler in the second half will forever be remembered as the point that turned the match Penrith’s way…

With the scores locked at 6-all midway through the second half on a rain-soaked Telstra Stadium, the Panthers launched an attacking raid, but a grubber kick on the final tackle landed in the hands of Roosters’ skipper Brad Fittler, who found winger Todd Byrne in open space and looking certain to score a runaway try. Suddenly, as he flew down the left flank, the predator-like figure of Sattler appeared from centre field, cutting the speedster down with a classic copybook tackle, later described as one of the best ever seen in a grand final.

Sattler’s miracle tackle ensured there was ‘no escape’ for the Roosters and destroyed the hopes and dreams of the defending premier’s supporters. It swung the pendulum Penrith’s way, helping catapult the western Sydney club to another two tries and an incredible 18-6 victory. Just like his legendary father John’s battle through the 1970 Grand Final with a broken jaw, Scott Sattler’s sensational tackle will forever be a part of rugby league folklore.

You can now re-live that magical rugby league moment, with the release of ‘No Escape’, a sensational new lithograph commemorating Scott Sattler’s incredible tackle.

Superb Presentation

In the main shot, you can see every muscle in Sattler’s body ‘tense up’ as he makes the history-making tackle. Brilliantly designed, ‘No Escape’ re-captures the moment perfectly. Each lithograph is reproduced on heavy archival paper stock using light-fast inks to maximize longevity and is encased in glass in a black timber frame with a black matt board.

Personally-signed by Scott Sattler

Personally-signed by Scott and officially licensed by the NRL, ‘No Escape’ uses actual Channel 9 footage to show you (frame-by-frame ) the dramatic build-up to the tackle, as Sattler closes in on Todd Byrne. It’s then followed by tackle itself and the reaction from Sattler and his teammates.

Authenticated and Certified

Each edition is independently authenticated by major accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Limited Edition

Only 350 editions of ‘No Escape’ will ever be made available. We strongly urge you to place your order as quickly as possible.
