I remember Parra's three-peat in '83 because my parents were in Sydney and bought me a knocked-down Manly jersey from Paddy's Market the day after! Parra jerseys were hard to find.

The 'Class of '89' are a privileged lot.

More recently, Beave mentioned '16. I went to the '17 GF supporting the Cowboys but '16 was the last one I watched outside my own loungeroom!

We were at a party down the road and were all screaming during that frantic final play. I was all for the Storm so was upset. One more ruck and they win it.

In hindsight the right team won.

Just watched the GF highlights, geez that was a blatant obstruction in the lead-up to that DCE try. Was 13 years ago, should probably get over it...

Sorry, you can't be running an obstruction if you are running behind your own player? Isn't that the definition of obstruction?
In this instance we are talking about the support runner, Robertson had the ball and never had a player running in front of him, the collision was the guy running beside him in a position to catch the ball that the defender (Heremaia ?) connected with.
