Well...

* The company that has owned the lease for the last 9 months has gone into voluntary administration - owing $500,000 to promoters and artists;

* The administrators have appointed Century Venues (who run the Enmore and @Newtown) to run the place until it can be sold;

* They were running a band and soccer night every night through the World Cup and even that only lasted a few nights - they were charging $20 and got 10 people the first night;

* Allegedly someone connected with the Metro "Skipped the country around the time the trouble started" - merely gossip though...

I wonder if the new owners would be keen to dispose of the posters in the men's room. I might be able to take every single one of them off their hands.
