EXCLUSIVE: MELBOURNE Storm enforcer Michael Crocker has been released from the final year of his contract and will move to England at the end of 2008.
Crocker has signed with Hull FC in the English Super League for three years.

The 27-year-old has never been beaten in a Storm jersey _ his amazing streak standing at 29 matches.

Crocker was contracted until the end of 2009 but has always expressed concerns about his body lasting the distance in the NRL.

He will join former Storm teammates Clint Newton, Garret Crossman, Scott Hill and Matt King in the Super League.

Newton and Crossman play for cross-town rivals Hull KR with King at Warrington and Hill at Harlequins in London.

Hull FC this week announced caretaker coach Richard Agar had been signed as head coach until the end of 2010.

Agar beat several Australian candidates including Canterbury coach Steve Folkes and ex-Cowboys coach Graham Murray for the job.

Crocker has been named in the back-row for Saturday night's clash against Canterbury at Olympic Park.

Boofa's retiring this year and I'm sure he's got family on the GC, at least Mick's not going to another aussie club or to Union.

Waldron mentioned that Newton is a possibility of returning to the club as he loved his time at the Storm.Problem is he is on big bucks at Hull.

yeah he would be, not really going to miss Mick when he goes overseas.

mate, Mick will be missed lots. like so many ppl say, its no coincidence that he's never lost a storm game. the experience and his intensity is really valued. it'll be sad to see him go
