PNG Hunters are the biggest deal in PNG, 2nd tier or not.

Catalans are surrounded by countless professional sports clubs competing for fans & sponsors. Playing 2nd division in an English comp against Dewsbury, Halifax & Batley is hardly going to have them jumping out of their skin for long.

This is all far less of an issue if the Championship is a properly funded full-time competition.
